Please note that the free UK shipping zone INCLUDES the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man but does not include the UK Channel Islands or British Overseas Territories. Express shipping is only available for the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
Delivery Estimates: All free shipping orders in the UK (exclusive of London) ship with either Evri or DPD and should be delivered within 2-4 business days. All express UK orders ship with DPD and will be delivered next business day if placed before 3pm weekdays. Free shipping orders within the M25 should be delivered in 2 business days by all-electric courier Packfleet.
*What's a package? Glad you asked. We pay shipping for each individual package we send out. If you order an individual box of toilet paper, that's a package. At a certain point, though, the order becomes too large to ship as one package, and we have to ship items separately. If you order a 48 pack of toilet paper and a box each of tissues and paper towels, for example, we've got to ship this as two packages.
